Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and unused condition. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. The purchase date must not be older than 15 days.
To start a return, please contact us at victart7@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the instructions and the address where the package should be sent.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping and for ensuring the parcel reaches us safely. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

Products damaged by the customer (unless proof is provided that the item arrived damaged).

Sale items, including seasonal sales such as Summer, Winter, Autumn, Eid, Clearance, or Discount Sales.

Orders where a discount code has been used.

Customized or personalized products.
Customized products made specifically according to the customer’s request cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original product first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
For exchanges, 35% of the original invoice amount will be charged.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, 30% will be deducted from the original amount, and the remaining amount will be transferred to the customer's preferred payment method.
Please note that it may take 3–12 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
